Sub-processors

To operate the Services, Globiq Trading (FZE) (Globiq Solutions) engages the third-party processors listed below. Each is bound by contract to confidentiality, security and data- protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We will notify tenants at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor that materially changes how personal data is handled, unless the change is required by law to take immediate effect.

Notification of changes
We post the latest list on this page. Material changes are announced in advance by email to active tenant administrators. Tenants who object to a new sub-processor may terminate the affected Service within 30 days of the notice without penalty.
