  • Contact information — name, email address, company name and the message you submit through our contact form.
  • Account and business data — information you provide when using our products, such as restaurant menus, orders, bookings and bookkeeping records.
  • Messaging data — where you or your customers interact with our conversational products (e.g. LoopLogic) on WhatsApp, we process message content, phone numbers and delivery metadata via the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar technical data collected automatically when you use the Site.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
  • To respond to enquiries and communicate with you.
  • To process transactions and deliver functionality you request (e.g. routing orders, sending booking confirmations, answering customer messages).

4. Data retention

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
