Data Deletion Instructions

Globiq Trading FZE (Registration No. 10366, SRTIP Free Zone Authority, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates), operating as Globiq Solutions, respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you across our Site and products (TapDeliver, RestauBooks, LoopLogic), including data processed through Meta platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform.
How to request deletion
- By email: send a request to hello@globiqsolutions.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the phone number or email address associated with the data so we can locate your records.
- Via WhatsApp: if you interacted with one of our WhatsApp-based services, reply “DELETE MY DATA” in the same conversation and we will process the request.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 days.
- We will verify your identity, then delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days of verification, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records).
- We will confirm by email or message once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Contact-form enquiries and correspondence.
- Message history and contact details processed by our conversational products.
- Account and profile information held in our products, where you are the data subject.
Note: data held inside Meta’s own systems (e.g. your WhatsApp account) is controlled by Meta Platforms, Inc. and must be deleted via Meta’s tools; our deletion covers the copies processed and stored by us.
