These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.globiqsolutions.com(the “Site”) and the software products and services offered by Globiq Trading FZE (Registration No. 10366, SRTIP Free Zone Authority, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates), operating as “Globiq Solutions” (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We design, build and operate custom AI applications for businesses, and we operate our own products including TapDeliver, RestauBooks and LoopLogic. Individual products and client engagements may be governed by separate agreements; where a separate agreement exists, it prevails over these Terms for that service.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the services, or probe them for vulnerabilities without written authorisation.
  • Do not use our messaging products to send spam or content that violates applicable law or the policies of the underlying platforms (including Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms).

3. Intellectual property

The Site, our products, and all related content, branding and software are owned by Globiq Trading FZE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Third-party services

Our services may interoperate with third-party platforms (for example the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globiq Trading FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users or third parties.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
